How to solve resistor network problem in Huawei Honor y6 pro?

Do you get network issue in Huawei phones?

Most of the user's constantly messaged me that they are facing trouble of network in Huawei honor smartphones.

Well, I don't have any honor smartphones, so to look up this issue, I took my friend's smartphone (he has honor y6 pro). And I am going to share my experience with you all so that you can too resolve this issue.

So, what I noticed is that often times the network got dropped and again after some time it reverts back, sometimes it runs on the low network or sometimes it doesn't have a network.

I kept triggering the different settings but still failed to find any difference in the network.

I got the same internet as well as the call quality and it kept going up and down and that's not a great thing in today's VoLTE generation.

But finally, after experimenting for a long time, I found the common reasons why this happened. And what are the solutions to fix this!

Here, I am going to share you the solution [Read Carefully].

1. Go to your Mobile Settings (enable the Flight mode and then disable it) then restart your device. (Check that your Network is working or still it's nothing).

2. If the problem still persists then, Go to settings ➤ Advanced settings ➤ Backup and Restore.

3. Now once you will reach there, you will see Personal Data option consist of sub-options that are:

• Reset all settings
• Network settings Reset
• Factory Data Reset

Normally, I would say you that select "Network settings Reset" option and the [Wifi, Mobile Data, Bluetooth] settings will be set to default.

But, by doing this some of the users will still face problems so if it worked then great, but if not then,
I recommend you to take a backup of your data and in addition, you select:

 [Factory Data Reset] + [Network settings Reset]

By doing this you phone will be back to its default stage when it was at the unboxing time. And I know most of the users they manipulate the network settings like [Apn, Network connection mode, etc]

Maybe by doing this your internet is not running properly so it has been brought to its default stage which provides by your service providers and default network configuration by your smartphone brand.

I know Apn settings do make a difference but it doesn't work for all the users across different locations.

You can also try to eject your sim card and insert it again! 

• Go to settings
• Sim card management
• Choose your sim [1 or 2]
• Toggle it OFF
• Remove your sim card and insert again!

If you're still facing issues or these above trick doesn't work for you then please your device system update, Honestly, I can't give the guarantee that it will start working.

Also please ensure with your Network Service Provider that if their server is down or any other major issue at your location.
